- How it Works -

NEAFP offers two different ways to buy products.

Fiber Contributors - Farmers and Alpaca enthusiasts who place orders and contribute the alloted amount of fiber for those products. Pricing reflects the fiber contribution and is lower than wholesale.

Fiber Contributors How-To

1. Browse our online catalog and populate your shopping cart.

2. Once you are ready to check out, the final cost and amount of Alpaca Fiber needed for the products ordered will be displayed.

3. Farmers can then complete their order, and begin to send in the Fiber needed. We also offer Fiber Banking, which allows Farmers to prematurely send in their Fiber, receive Fiber Credits for it, and use those to speed up order fulfillment for future orders. 4. Once your order has been completed, the fleece contribution received and processed, your products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Wholesale - Large accounts who strictly buy from NEAFP in order to resell to the general public, without the contribution of Alpaca Fleece.

Wholesale How-To

1. Request a Wholesale account, or use your existing Fiber Bank Account Login information to get access to our Wholesale Pricing Catalog. Once logged in browse the Wholesale section, populate your shopping cart and complete order.

2. For special bulk order pricing not listed on the site, please contact us through email or by phone to go over special price lists.

3. Orders are shipped out as payments are cleared, usually within 2 to 3 days of when the order was initially placed.

Both Fiber Contributors and Wholesalers will be made aware of any products that are currently on back-order in a timely fashion. We undestand Time is Money, and will do our best to provide accurate time tables on Out of Stock Items.
