How it Works - DISABLED

NEAFP offers two different ways to buy products.

Fiber Contributors - Farms who place orders and contribute the allotted amount of fiber for those products. Pricing reflects the raw fiber contribution and is lower than wholesale. By browsing the product catalog you can get a good idea of the cost + raw fiber requirement for the products we offer.

Fiber Contributors How-To

1. Register or Login to your account.

2. Browse our online catalog and place an order with us.

3. Once you check out, the final cost will be displayed and the required raw fiber contribution will be emailed to you.

4. Payment is processed and the order is marked as Waiting on Fiber. Farms mail in the required fiber and once received your items will ship in 1 to 2 business days. We also offer Fiber Banking, which allows farms to prematurely send in their fiber, receive Fiber Credits for it, and use those towards future order fiber requirements. This is a great choice for farms who know they will place several orders with us throughout the year and do not want to have to send the fiber in after each order is placed. Wholesale - We offer Wholesale Pricing for farms and retailers who sell more finished goods each year than their herd can support in fiber production. The pricing is more expensive because it does not require a raw fiber contribution towards each product.

 

 

Wholesale How-To

1. Request a Wholesale account
- Register your account on the website.
- Login to your account and select the 'User Groups' tab and request to join the a "Wholesale" user group.
- Once approved you will receive an email notification and from there will be able to access the Wholesale section of the product catalog.

2. The Wholesale Category will appear at the bottom of the Category List. You can begin placing orders on the site that do not require a raw fiber contribution.

3. For special bulk order pricing not listed on the site, please contact us through email or by phone to go over special price lists.

3. Orders are shipped out as payments are cleared, usually within 1 to 2 business days of when the order was initially placed.
