Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

For Domestic Shipments:

  • NEAFP uses UPS and USPS to ship. Pricing for shipments are calculated in real time based on the size of your order, the shipping service selected, and the zone in which it’s traveling to.
  • NEAFP offers Free Shipping on Large Orders over $2000 throughout the continental United States. This promotion runs year round and will automatically apply to your qualifying shopping cart. 
  • NEAFP offers Free Shipping tiers based on order size to our Customer Loyalty Program members.
  • NEAFP utilizes freight trucking for large orders, contact us to learn more. 

For International Shipments:

  • NEAFP primarily uses USPS International for international shipments.
  • The exact cost of shipping will be charged to all international customers.
  • Any import taxes or duties associated with the purchase and importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
  • NEAFP can ship to international customers using their UPS and DHL shipping accounts, contact us for more info.
  • Customer Loyalty Shipping Rewards and Large Orders Ship Free Promotions are NOT valid for international shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

NEAFP accepts product returns in new condition for a full refund (minus original shipping cost) up to 30 days from the time the order is received. We will accept product returns in new condition up to 60 days from the time the order is received for a store credit. After 60 days, NEAFP does not accept returned merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending returned merchandise back to NEAFP. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by NEAFP before sending in.

Limited Small Batch, Custom Engraved Gifts and Accessories, and Closeout products are not eligible for returns: all sales are final in these product categories.

NEAFP stands behind everything we sell. If you or your customers find any defective products we are happy to provide replacements. We ask that you contact us with the original Invoice #, Product, Description/Photos of defect and time it was purchased from us and we will coordinate getting replacements sent out to you. In some cases, NEAFP will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send back the defects for further examination and/or repair.
